The media reports of the alleged rift between India cricket captain
Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma
have grown after Bollywood star and Virat’s wife Anushka
Sharma made a mysterious comment on social media.
Rohit, who followed Anushka on Instagram un-followed the
actress and Virat after a reported fall-out after the semi-final defeat in
the recent ICC World Cup.
There have been rumours that the two senior players have not been getting
along and while neither has said anything publicly, Rohit’s move to unfollow
Virat and Anushka on Instagram gives a hint about what may be happening.
Anushka shared this cryptic message on social media after Rohit unfollowed
her.

Virat is still following Rohit Sharma on instagram but has stopped following
his wife Ritika Sajdeh. Anushka has stopped following both
of them.
Meanwhile, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) chief
Vinod Rai has dimissed any reports of a rift. Speaking to
the media, Rai said, “These are all stories created by your guys.”
There are also rumours that the Indian cricket team is divided between two
groups – one backing Virat and the other supporting Rohit. The rift between
the players apparently started after Rohit and Shikhar
Dhawan left the management company Virat is associated with, leading
to a cold war.
