The Unnao rape survivor, who had recently met with an accident, will be
airlifted to Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences
(AIIMS) for better treatment. Initially, there were reports that she
will continue at the King George’s Medical University in
Lucknow where she is currently being treated. But the Supreme Court on Monday
ordered her to be transferred to AIIMS after her mother requested for better
treatment.
Finally some good news on the #Unnao rape survivor . Doctors say she is
conscious ,eyes are opening and she is following commands !her lawyer still

shifted to the AIIMS in Delhi for further treatment-Alok Pandey,

Two weeks back, the Unnao rape survivor, her lawyer and two relatives were
travelling in a car when a truck without a number plate, rammed into them.
Her relatives were killed in the accident and the survivor and her lawyer
were admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. Fifteen days before the
accident, she had written a letter to the Chief Justice of India saying that
she fears for her life which is under threat.
Even her lawyer will be airlifted to AIIMS. The main accused in the case
Kuldeep Singh Sengar has already been sent to jail. The
doctors who are checking the girl had confirmed that her condition is
improving after the accident.
