Sachin is sixth Indian cricket Hall of Fame

Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who has inspired millions of
people, is truly India’s pride. He has broken many records in cricket. Here
is yet another golden feather to add to his cap. Tendulkar has been inducted
into the Hall of Fame of International Cricket Council (ICC). He
will be the sixth Indian to achieve this remarkable entry after others
including Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, Bishan Singh Bedi, Rahul Dravid
and Anil Kumble.

Along with Tendulkar, South African bowling legend Allan
Donald
and Australian woman cricketer Cathryn
Fitzpatrick
were also added to the prestigious ‘Hall of Fame’ by
the ICC.

Humbled and happy to be inducted into the #ICCHallOfFame. A lot of people
have contributed towards helping me become who I am today. A big thank you
to my family, friends & fans across the globe for the love &

46 year old Tendulkar, who still remains to be the cricketer with maximum
number of runs to his credit, have played the game with legends of world
cricket. Since he entered the world of cricket at a very young age, he has
many years of experience too. A right hand batsman, Sachin is also known for
his calm and composed manner in which he handles the game.

Tendulakr’s fans on social media could not hide their excitement.

“The legendary Sachin Tendulkar has been inducted to ICC hall of fame.The
god of cricket who carried our hopes whenever he came to bat”, tweeted a
fan Upenda Tudu.

“The best thing that could ever happen to @ICC Hall of Fame has just
happened! Sachin Tendulkar becomes the 87th Cricketer & 6th to be
inducted”, tweeted Prathamesh Barah, another fan.
